My name is Cailee, I am a LMSW practicing EMDR and trauma-informed psychotherapy. I believe that you are an expert in your own life, and will work with you to build new skills and address traumas that are keeping you from experiencing life to its fullest! I have extensive experience working with law enforcement and first responders around matters such as grief, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-care, and work-life balance. Cailee offers a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. Cailee is EMDR trained and primarily works with adults suffering from PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, and burn-out. She is specializes in adults and first responders.
