I have been practicing in mental health since 2022 and have experience working with children of all ages, as well as adults. I work to utilize an integrative and directive approach to therapy, emphasizing psychoeducation and the use of proactive interventions to promote self-exploration and growth. I am also trained in EMDR (child & adult) and enjoy using techniques based in CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Somatic/Sensory-based Experiences, Inner Child, Expressive-Arts, and Exposure Therapies.
