Hi, I’m Cailin... I offer outpatient therapy for adults navigating the challenges of trauma, loss, and/or chronic stress. I use a grounded, collaborative, and relational approach while integrating mind-body techniques, in order to help you understand and resolve emotional challenges, meet your therapeutic goals, and enhance your overall quality of life. I have over a decade of experience as a licensed mental health counselor and registered art therapist working both domestically and abroad, with individuals impacted by trauma, loss, and chronic stress.
