My practice is dedicated to creating a safe environment in which clients feel understood, respected and challenged. This allows us to dig deeper into what isn’t feeling aligned inside and to uncover greater capacity to deepen your connection to yourself and others. I use a holistic and experiential approach to therapy based in attachment, psychodynamic and body based practices. I take in the entirety of you, and make meaning of historical wounds that have kept you from living out your desires- a life of more ease. This allows you to take risks, to know what you need, and to find new ways of approaching your experiences and patterns. On our journey, we will aim to peel back the protective layers we each carry inside of us to discover the authentic you. I will meet you in these unfamiliar places and together we will go beyond talking, we will experience together in order to nurture the parts of you that haven't received care. This allows you to move forward more seen and fulfilled.
