Hey there! My name is Cait Earle, and I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I have been in practice for roughly 10 years now. I began working at Mayo Clinic with pediatric patients battling depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. I later branched out into a practice with clients of all ages ranging from age 5 to 85 or so. I have experience working with couples and families. I enjoy incorporating a variety of therapeutic strategies, commonly CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices.
