I am Rachael and I am an LPCC in Minnesota. I join with clients to support their goals of improving relationships, managing mood, improving their self-worth, gaining new perspectives, working through grief, establishing new and effective coping skills, identifying and living within their values, beliefs, and principles, and resolving the impact from unaddressed traumas. In our first few sessions, you can expect me to provide unconditional positive regard, make you the focus, and learn specifically about what your goals for therapy are. I am trained in trauma informed, evidenced based practices including EMDR and TF-CBT. I utilize a relationship and strengths-based approach on a foundation of cognitive behavioral therapy to support clients in being their best authentic self. I am passionate about this work because everyone needs to feel seen and supported.
