I chose a career in mental health after seeing and experiencing the enormous benefits of counseling both personally and professionally. Mental health services have traditionally been difficult to access and utilize. Since Covid, access to telehealth and virtual counseling has made therapy accessible and convenient for clients. My career has allowed me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, presenting concerns, and experiences. With that experience, knowledge base, and skillset, I am able to provide individualized care based on each client's goals and needs.
