Welcome! We all have the capacity for growth toward our best selves. When old patterns, trauma, difficult relationships, or unexpected changes make life difficult, therapy can be helpful. My goal as your therapist is to help you decide what change looks like for you and to walk that path with you. I use a direct but gentle person-centered approach and a variety of tools and modalities to fit client needs. I have experience treating trauma, dissociation, anxiety/depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, identity changes, grief, and first responders' needs. I am also EMDR trained and utilize this approach to treat a variety of concerns.
