Hello! My name is Caitlin and I am accepting new clients! In addition to being a therapist I am also a mom, a wife, a daughter, a friend, and my own unique person. Holding all of these identities while navigating life can be challenging and is often accompanied by feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, guilt, shame, or fear. Having experienced many of these feelings myself, I enjoy working with others who are facing similar challenges. Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals who are going through life transitions or a changing of seasons, and are looking for support or an outside perspective.
