We all encounter circumstances in life that are difficult to navigate. At times everyone feels overwhelmed with life's struggles and unable to effectively cope. It is my desire to empower individuals to make positive changes by identifying and utilizing their strengths. In therapy we will establish a partnership that allows you to engage in a journey of healing and self-discovery. I utilize an eclectic approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, solution focused and strengths based counseling to assist each individual, family, and/or couple. Together we will work on helping you feel better and solving problems.
