Welcome to New Haven Therapy (see more at newhaventherapy dot com). I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and have a small Telehealth practice serving adults across the state of Connecticut. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy and an educational therapy group (with sufficient demand) called "Thriving With My Adult ADHD." I specialize in adult ADHD, life transitions, emerging adult mental health, marriage/parenting and exploring aspects of identity (race, gender, sexuality, spirituality). Additionally, I am certified in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy from CIIS and welcome clients interested in psychedelic integration therapy.
