I became a therapist years ago with the thought that I may be able to have some small part in other people's journey in a way that was helpful, supportive, and encouraging. I try my absolute best to do that every day and for every client. I believe that therapy is a facilitative process with no one being the expert on how to live your life better than you. My role is to help you find the best version of yourself and work with you so you may become that self. Additionally, I work from an integrative approach (when desired by the client) to use nutrition, physical health, and holistic approaches to help heal from the inside out.
