Accepting new clients. I know that finding a counselor can be a scary and daunting task. I work with clients ages fourteen through adulthood dealing with various issues including anxiety, depression and mood instability. Through counseling services I help individuals navigate their independence successfully while maintaining healthy relationships with family members, friends, and themselves. I believe in healing from an integrative holistic perspective that looks at the individual as a whole (mind, body and spirit). I feel passionate about empowering others to achieve well-being with evidence-based methods and holistic wellness practices.
