Reaching out to find a therapist can be a scary first step. I feel strongly that finding the right fit is key in your success. I enjoy getting to know my patients and spend time building rapport with them. I have an outgoing personality and do my best to make my patients feel comfortable and safe during a vulnerable time. Patients find me approachable and often feel at ease when having to share their emotions and personal struggles with me. I take a strengths based approach and strive to find the positive in situations.
