I love working with young children and their families, and specialize in supporting children with behavioral challenges, trauma, grief/loss, emotional regulation, and social-emotional development. I use evidence-based play therapy approaches to help children express emotions, build resilience, and strengthen skills - while supporting families to become the best version of themselves. I also value working with young adults, specifically those in the LGBTQIA+ population, or those experiencing family/relationship challenges. When working with young adults, I utilize a person centered approach to create a supportive space together. When working with me, you can expect an open, warm, and collaborative therapy style - utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Sand Tray Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
