Hello, and welcome. I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is prioritizing a collaborative, compassionate, and safe environment. I like to take a client-centered approach, making sure you are in charge of your goals but supporting you as you work to achieve them. Everyone has unique experiences and needs that I believe should be considered when it comes to therapy. I have a background in child welfare and development but have worked in a variety of settings.
