Therapy isn't actual magic, but it can do remarkable things for those ready to make changes in their lives. I believe in "human first, therapist second" & bring warmth and compassion to the therapeutic relationship. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, child and pregnancy-related grief & loss, and trauma. I draw on ACT, somatics, mindfulness, parts work, & EMDR. I'm sex-positive & kink aware, and work with GSR-diverse folks. I'm a collapse-aware and eco-aware therapist. I help clients connect to themselves whatever season they are in, engage in self-discovery, develop radical self-compassion & find meaning.
