Hi! My name is Caity Duquette (she/her/hers) and I’m a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) at Small Victories Wellness. With a profound belief in collaborative therapy, I utilize an integrative approach to cultivate a supportive environment where clients can begin their self-discovery and well-being journey. I identify as a multicultural feminist, anti-racist therapist, and I value and respect the diverse identities and experiences of my clients, encompassing aspects of race, culture, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and religion. I strive to provide a confidential and judgement-free space that encourages clients to authentically express themselves. My clinical interests have been individuals going through life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, and various mental health conditions such as anxiety and ADHD.
