At some point in the human experience, we will find ourselves in unexpected places. Whether it’s a life change, inner struggles with emotions, self esteem or any issues related to trauma keeping you stuck on your journey, I hope to provide the safe space of the counseling relationship for you to navigate where you are and rediscover the possibilities that are ahead. I love to help anyone that is open to new perspectives and ready to overcome challenges that are keeping them from their best self. I have experience working with a wide variety of issues at all levels of care. Some of these are anxiety,depression, ADHD, and Trauma. I use a variety of trauma informed, evidence based practices focusing to improve overall well being. I offer individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I also offer couples therapy for married adults.
