I am an empathetic person who has a passion for helping clients of various ages that are struggling throughout their daily life. As a therapist, I have experience working with clients of different backgrounds and disorders including anxiety, trauma, depression, as well as behavioral and emotional issues. During sessions, I help clients explore their thought processes and perceptions to discover ways to manage stressful situations and emotions which can feel overwhelming. I work with my clients to focus on their natural strengths in order to accomplish their therapeutic goals.
