Hello! My name is Caleb Murray, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with individuals and couples seeking to improve their mental health. I help by partnering with you to increase resilience and decrease the impact of anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, purposelessness, relationship problems, and addiction among others. I meet clients where they are at and engage them in effective tools such as brain spotting, cognitive behavioral therapy, and gestalt therapy. I've worked with individuals, couples, and teens with great success and I'm excited to join you in your journey.
