I strive to be ready for whatever it is within your life that brings you to therapy. My Marriage & Family Therapy education provides me with a systemic-approach regardless of if you're coming in individually, as a couple, or with your chosen family unit. I’m skilled at helping people who are unsure what’s going on but want to better understand their mental health. I enjoy helping people work through anxiety, panic attacks, relationship struggles, mood changes, and personality disorders. I also work with couples who are feeling stuck or distant, and offer support for families who want to strengthen their relationship & communication.
