Hello! I am so happy you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and substance use concerns. I enjoy working with individuals navigating some of the most pivotal and complex seasons of life. You might be in high school, college, newly graduated, or just trying to figure out what adulthood is supposed to look like — and how to actually live in a way that feels meaningful and true to yourself. I aim to help those looking to explore who they are, what they value, and how to build a life which reflects that. I approach each client with an individualized mindset, wanting to help create transformational change in their life. People are complex, and cannot be reduced simply to a diagnosis or label. My approach combines several evidence-based methods, including DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, depending on what fits you best.
