My commitment to you is to listen as deeply and clearly as possible, to support your process of listening and speaking with yourself and the world. EMDR taps into the natural healing power of your brain and can help with many issues; IFS, CBT, Narrative and other forms of work can also assist in your re-authoring your life. More important than the modality though is the quality of connection between therapist and client; respecting your life, autonomy and inherent wisdom comes first. Each person is an unfolding singularity; my job would be to help yours emerge.
