I work with clients of all ages to help cultivate healthy coping skills for day to day life. I am a firm believer in my favorite quote by John Milton: "The mind is it's own place and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven." At times, even the most self-aware individual can benefit from gaining outside perspective to how they handle daily obstacles. With a special emphasis on mindfulness, I help clients identify tools they often forget they already have in their possession to be their healthiest, and happiest selves.
