I work with those who yearn for a greater sense of purpose, belonging, stability, and more connection with themselves, their communities, and nature. Utilizing Internal Family Systems and drawing from neuroscience as well as other therapeutic modalities, we will identify and work with the root cause of your challenging symptoms. Our brains have evolved to focus on danger, rather than beauty, as a survival mechanism. We have also evolved to be adaptable and creative! I help couples and individuals of all ages learn about and engage with their bodies, brains, and emotions, to put you in the driver's seat of your life.
