I support adults and emerging adults in navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the complex impacts of trauma. I have a background in supporting parents and caregivers in relation to their traumatic experiences both past and current, and have interest in working with clients who need support during pregnancy, postpartum periods as well as with parenting. I welcome using relationships with nature as a grounding and therapeutic element, a practice supported by my certificate in horticultural therapy.
