My ideal client is an individual who may be having difficulty with bio-psycho-social-spiritual behavior changes. These difficulties include but are not limited to the following: difficulty coping with a traumatic event, poor anger management, school or social issue behavior problems, boundaries issues, and sibling rivalry. My ideal client will be motivated in finding self-sustaining coping strategies and insight into the reasoning behind the challenges they face.
