I work with people of all ages, from adolescents to adults. As a person-centered therapist, I believe that therapy can be helpful for everyone. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with addiction, whether it's their own or related to their relationships. I also help clients process mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Additionally, I support those navigating identity changes, relationship conflicts and transitions, and the journey of rebuilding trust with themselves and others.
