My counseling approach is person-centered. I believe that building the therapeutic relationship is fundamental in fostering growth, aided by empathy, nonjudgmental acceptance, and trust. It is my delight as your counselor to help you uncover self-awareness and recognize your full potential. I work with a wide variety of adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, concerns about gender and sexuality, and more. My ideal client is any individual who is willing to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and embark on a journey of self- discovery. I look forward to taking this journey together!
