I have experience helping clients that are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. I am confident that my skills will help you or your child on your mental health journey. I, as a clinician, take a collaborative and person-centered approach. My number one goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance between counselor and client, as it's a huge indicator of client success. A cozy office and no judgements or harsh criticisms here!
