I specialize in helping couples and individuals work through difficulties, changes, transitions, and trauma through a Christ-centered lens. I use evidence based, clinical techniques to help support and lift you up in your Christian walk, understanding that taking care of the body, soul, and spirit are integral parts of being “temples of the Holy Spirit" (1 Cor 6:19). In our therapy sessions, we may uncover the beliefs and motivations for your thoughts/actions, develop a clear idea of your values and goals, and find techniques to lessen the effects of symptoms on your life and help you be more present with your daily living.
