Feeling stuck dating, in your recovery from a break up, or in your current relationship? Do you find yourself worried about being with the right person, or if you’ll be doomed to pick the same partners over and over again just to wind up hurt? Relationships can be overwhelming, and often times we struggle to feel safe and secure in them. This can lead to hurt, disconnection and falling into the same old patterns (conflict/selection of partners) that have cause pain in the past. This can leave us in a constant state of stress, distraction and loneliness leading to feel unlike ourselves. My therapy approach offers a direct and empathetic style to increase self discovery compassionately to support growth. I help individuals and couples using the Gottman Model, gain insight and understanding within themselves and their partners to harness skills in communication, vulnerability, and connection while rebuilding trust and commitment.
