I provide therapy for teens, young adults, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I specialize in supporting clients through transitions such as college, early adulthood, parenting, and relationship changes. Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore patterns, emotions, and the impact of lived experiences. My trauma-informed, integrative approach draws from CBT, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems to build insight, resilience, and meaningful connection. As both an AMFT and APCC, I look at your experiences through emotional, relational, and systemic lenses. I work at a supportive pace while helping you deepen insight, strengthen boundaries, and navigate patterns or transitions. My goal is to help you feel grounded and better equipped for daily challenges.
