I specialize in working with adults who are interested in changing repetitive habitual patterns that keep them stuck in unfulfilling relationships or work situations. Some of my clients have experienced childhood or relational trauma and are seeking a deeper level of healing within themselves. An increasing number of my clients are familiar with or interested in IFS , a therapy model which recognizes the parts within ourselves and a healthy core Self which is a source of healing and transformation. IFS seeks to liberate burdened inner parts, allowing themselves to become more Self Led.
