I am dedicated to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space. I strongly believe in every individual’s ability to find self-compassion and make the changes they want to make in their life. I have clinical experience working with adults, teens, and children, tailoring my approach to the needs of the individual and their life stage. My approach tends to be person-centered, believing that each person is an expert in their own lives. While working with children, I use play therapy techniques.
