Hi there — I’m Camryn, and I’m so glad you’re here. I support teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, blending mindfulness, somatic therapy, trauma-informed modalities, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based talk therapy. With a background in yoga and Reiki energy healing, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and build resilience from the inside out.
