I'm an authentic and warm clinician, with the ability to firmly drive you toward your goals for your emotional well-being. I provide individual therapy that centers around you and your needs. We'll work toward improving your quality of life, with a focus on guiding you toward relief from presenting symptoms that may be creating difficulties for you. I'm trained and certified in several evidence-based treatments (EBTs), which offer a more structured and time-limited approach to treatment to specific diagnoses. Some of these EBTs include Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression.
