Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from professionals in high-demand business environments to couples in crisis, trauma survivors, and those serving in pastoral or ministry roles. I’ve supported clients dealing with issues such as addiction, disordered eating, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), narcissistic abuse, childhood and relational trauma, anxiety, and depression. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual’s needs. I draw from evidence-based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Choice Therapy to help clients uncover root causes, process pain, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
