There are many challenges that you may be facing that led you here, such as behavior concerns, anxiety, school challenges, a new ADHD or ASD diagnosis, foster care/adoption dynamics, medical stress, or life transitions. Whatever you or your child/teen is going through, I am here to help using a combination of evidenced based therapeutic interventions, such as TF-CBT, DBT, TBRI, and play therapy techniques. I have worked in early childhood areas, with refugee children, in the foster care/adoption space, in a school setting, and a pediatrician's office, meaning I have experienced many different settings where some kids thrive and others face challenges.
