My vision is to help empower and encourage individuals to gain awareness of their goals, beliefs, and identities. I enjoy providing a non-judgmental, safe space for all emotions and experiences to be heard. I utilize techniques such as Art Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, and TF-CBT. I’m passionate about helping individuals identify their values and intentions while guiding them towards self-actualization. I acquire positive confrontation leadership skills. Although I have worked in several different fields, my passion has always been mental health.
