I enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults, providing compassionate, client-centered care that honors each individual’s unique strengths. Through collaboration and evidence-based strategies, I hope to support clients in breaking larger goals into manageable steps, building on existing strengths, and developing the skills needed to overcome obstacles. I use a strengths-based approach alongside CBT and DBT to support clients in building practical skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful change.
