Individuals often decide to begin counseling when problems arise in their life; I believe that counseling can be effective at any point in a person’s life. Counseling is an opportunity to focus on your emotional and mental health while also discovering your authentic self. I bring a wide variety of experiences which have greatly influenced my style and approach, including holding a NYS School Counseling Certification and working as a mental health counselor on a college campus. I often utilize a holistic, client-centered, strengths-based approach and view the process of therapy as a collaboration between client and therapist.
