I am committed to providing personalized and empathetic mental health care. I have extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient treatment settings, I've worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I work from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. My areas of specialty are women of color, people struggling with self-esteem issues, racial discrimination, significant life changes and adjustment issues. Clients can expect to feel empowered and emotionally supported after each session. My goal is to help clients identify unhealthy thinking & behavioral patterns and work to create new patterns that better serves clients goals.
