My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, process their pain, and begin to move forward with hope. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, honesty, and human connection. Grief isn’t something to “fix” or rush through. It is a deeply personal process, and I’m here to create a space where you can honor your experience, feel what you need to feel, and move at your own pace. I utilize a blend of talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you process through pain and begin to rebuild meaning. I’m a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist and I work with young adults and adults who are struggling with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
