I have extensive experience supporting individuals through grief and loss, chronic illness, anticipatory grief, and the pain of relationship loss. I have worked closely with clients facing terminal diagnoses, helping them and their loved ones process anticipatory grief and find meaning in the midst of uncertainty. I’ve also supported individuals coping with the chronic stress and emotional toll of long-term illness, both personally and within their families. This includes working with caregivers experiencing fatigue and burnout—collaboratively creating self-care plans that allow them to continue caring for others while preserving their own well-being.
