I am licensed in Maryland with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, couples and families while using an eclectic approach from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person Centered approach to help facilitate their healing.
