As a veteran-turned-therapist, I've turned my own pain and healing journey into helping others along their own path. I work with any and all people who are looking to heal and effectively improve their life. I can help with depression/anxiety, sleep issues, trauma, PTSD/cPTSD, suicide prevention, relationship/family problems, spirituality, identity, inner purpose, self-esteem, and more. Additionally, I work with people seeking support around psychedelic integration. This can be dieta, pre- and post- ceremony/session work.
