I am so excited to be part of your healing journey. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in treating trauma through the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy) and inner child work. I have been a Licensed Therapist since 2017 and have been providing EMDR services since 2019. My work focuses on healing for our adult self and our inner child. In order to heal, we must feel safe. My focus is to create safety by providing a warm and nurturing environment.
