For over 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in New Mexico and Colorado as they face life’s challenges and transitions. I work with individuals who are healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, or adjusting to changes such as parenthood, divorce, retirement, aging, or questions around identity. I also support people living with insomnia, sleep apnea, chronic pain, or serious illness, and I help clients thoughtfully prepare for and integrate ketamine or other psychedelic medicine experiences.
